SWTech Labs is the operating name used across two affiliated entities:

• Summit Works Tech LLC — a limited liability company registered in the United States, and the contracting entity for US operations.
• Summit Works Platform Services Private Limited — the India entity, which houses our engineering and platform operations teams.

Each entity contracts, invoices and is taxed in its own jurisdiction. Where a platform we operate collects payments, the merchant of record is the entity that owns that platform, identified in that platform's own terms.

No payments are collected on this website and nothing is sold here. No physical goods are shipped.

Where transactions happen

Memberships, enrollments, event registrations and subscriptions are taken on the platform where they were purchased. Each platform shows its prices, currency and billing frequency before checkout; publishes its own terms, refund and cancellation policy; processes payments under the legal entity that owns it, which is the merchant of record; and publishes its own support contact.

Identifying a charge

Statements show a descriptor naming the platform the purchase was made on. Start with that platform's support address. If you can't identify a charge at all, email join@summitworkstech.in with the date, amount and last four digits of the card, and we'll identify the operator and route you to them within 2 business days.

Our role

Where we operate a platform on behalf of another organisation, we provide the technology and operations; the owning organisation sets its own pricing, terms and refund decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this informational website; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Scope

This policy covers personal data we handle through this website and as a company — correspondence and job applications, for example. If you're a member or customer of a platform we operate, that platform's own privacy policy governs your data there.

What we collect

• Correspondence — your name, email and anything you tell us when you write to join@summitworkstech.in.
• Job applications — the CV, contact details and materials you send us.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs from your visit. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you, assess job applications, meet legal and accounting obligations, and keep our systems secure. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Sharing, retention and your rights

Personal data may be shared between our US and India entities for recruitment and operational purposes, and with service providers who help us operate — hosting and email, for example — under their own safeguards, or where the law requires it. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as law requires. Request access, correction or deletion at join@summitworkstech.in; we respond within 30 days.
